The shirt is TTS and soft, but the colors vary between the photos and when you receive it. I ordered the Tan shirt and got a shirt color that more closely resembles a light beige color.

Order showed up wrong. Emailed seller, took 2 days to get a response… then was asked to email picture. I did and still no response… was suppose to wear matching set for Mother’s Day 😏

I ordered n paid for the item, was to be a gift. They never even sent my item, had to email several times w no help what so ever! Finally Jane took care of me and refunded my money after almost 2 months of no help w Elle n Emmy. Very unprofessional.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I never received my order and the seller said they would send out a replacement. I still never received it and have tried reaching out to the seller numerous times and no reply. I have reported this to Jane. This is so frustrating and such horrible customer service. At this point I just want a refund. I have been waiting for over a month for this order and needed it for something at work. Save yourself the time and frustration. Just want to update my review: The seller finally responded and refunded me. They were also nice enough to still send out a replacement. It’s annoying that I had to go through all of that but they fixed it. The shirt was nicely made and is good quality.

Update: I heard back from the seller and ended up having a great experience. Elle was apologetic and promised to redo the order and ship it to me free of charge. I received the new sweatshirt with the correct spelling and look forward to giving this awesome gift! The sweatshirt material was soft as well which I appreciated even more. Would definitely recommend!

I did not get what I ordered! Somehow got lost on the mail. So I sent Ell and Emmy an email stating I would like to order again and I never received that one either! So then I contacted them through another email and said I would like a refund and I am still waiting on a refund which is now a month later! Not at all pleased!
