My husband loved it!

For the price and lack of customer service, lack of accountability, and lack of good faith I would not recommend this product or boutique. It took 3 weeks to get my order and that was only after having to contact Jane support and the mail carrier to file complaints. They still did not refund shipping and did not reply until they knew my order had arrived. Seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers. Shirts aren’t worth the price in terms of quality either.

So freaking cute! I got black with white stitching. Lots of pockets and space. I would definitely buy it again!

The shirt is TTS and soft, but the colors vary between the photos and when you receive it. I ordered the Tan shirt and got a shirt color that more closely resembles a light beige color.

I sent the seller an email as soon as I ordered it. She never responded and the names were written wrong on the sweatshirt. It is written right on the receipt but wrong in the sweatshirt. 😞

Order showed up wrong. Emailed seller, took 2 days to get a response… then was asked to email picture. I did and still no response… was suppose to wear matching set for Mother’s Day 😏

I ordered n paid for the item, was to be a gift. They never even sent my item, had to email several times w no help what so ever! Finally Jane took care of me and refunded my money after almost 2 months of no help w Elle n Emmy. Very unprofessional.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I never received my order and the seller said they would send out a replacement. I still never received it and have tried reaching out to the seller numerous times and no reply. I have reported this to Jane. This is so frustrating and such horrible customer service. At this point I just want a refund. I have been waiting for over a month for this order and needed it for something at work. Save yourself the time and frustration. Just want to update my review: The seller finally responded and refunded me. They were also nice enough to still send out a replacement. It’s annoying that I had to go through all of that but they fixed it. The shirt was nicely made and is good quality.

Update: I heard back from the seller and ended up having a great experience. Elle was apologetic and promised to redo the order and ship it to me free of charge. I received the new sweatshirt with the correct spelling and look forward to giving this awesome gift! The sweatshirt material was soft as well which I appreciated even more. Would definitely recommend!

I did not get what I ordered! Somehow got lost on the mail. So I sent Ell and Emmy an email stating I would like to order again and I never received that one either! So then I contacted them through another email and said I would like a refund and I am still waiting on a refund which is now a month later! Not at all pleased!
