Update: they finally emailed me back after my review so I am giving them 4 stars for customer service. They are working with me on a resolution. The sweatshirt in my opinion is not as soft as I expected, but that may just be me. Others seemed to have found it softer... Previous review: Extremely scratchy and horrible customer service. They don't respond to any emails. Been trying to reach them for a week.

Perfect size for my grandchildren. Very nice stitching on the names. Very pleased.

So cute! Shipped so fast, and I love that they are personalized! We will be using them at our local water park and I love that it is personalized so that there is no mistaking that it’s ours.

I ordered this on April 2 and you said you'd received my order and you would let me know when it shipped but today is Tuesday April 19th and Easter is over and I still haven't received any message or the item I ordered. My only disklike about the shirt is that the collar is very high. Other than that, good quality and washes well.

Baskets are cute, but the personalization was not as I expected.

Never received my bag. I ordered it for Easter😕 the company messaged me back once and that’s all. They were supposed to make another one. I know they had them because they were on Jane again. Jane ended up giving me a credit. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

The picture shows full baskets but when you get them they are empty.

These are dollar store baskets. I could see like $5-6 but I spent $50 on (4) dollar tree baskets. Disheartening. No amount of monogram is worth $40+ unless it’s embroidered. Will not buy again.

This basket was so cute for my one year old great grandson. It was just the perfect size for all the goodies.
