Ordered the first part of December.....as of January......never received it! I had emailed several times.....was told they would look into it.... heard nothing back and still no necklace!!!

I purchased 3 necklaces on November 24th and have yet to receive them. I contacted the seller and she told me she would reship and I would have them in a few days and that was before Christmas and still no necklaces. I have contacted Kara 4 times and have only gotten one response.

These necklaces were okay, but others I have received from this seller were not and the customer service was terrible and the seller was rude. I will not purchase from them anymore.
I find it very disheartening that you ordered the wrong item, and then left negative reviews on numerous items because i would not send you another product for free, when it was not my error on your order.
I love her designs. Second time ordering them, the first was for me, and the rest were for family members. They are the perfect gift (and very well made:)).
It’s been a month and still have not received. Seller will not re-ship. Or refund. I believe she is scamming people out of their money. I contacted Jane directly.
Got my rings today, they are beautiful but one of my child's name is spelled wrong even though it was right on the order form. Hoping I get a quick fix. editing to add, she responded to my email very promptly about the spelling error and is getting a new one sent out right away. I was very happy that she is fixing it with no charge. I will buy from her again.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift and I still have not been able to give. The product arrived in terrible condition: letters were crooked and not spaced evenly,ink stains, and over all poorly done. I contacted the seller with pictures and she stated that she had someone helping her stamp this holiday season and this one was "clearly not a good job". I'm assuming she didn't look at her product before sending it. She also stated that she would send another one, but has yet to do so. I have contacted Jane to see what they can do since the seller does not seem to care about customer service, and has been unresponsive to emails ever since she said she would send a new bracelet.
