A gift

Poor quality compared to other druzy earrings I’ve gotten...one pair not centered. Would not recommend. Almost took a month to get them.

The necklace had a cluster of black scratches on one side of the bar. Otherwise I liked it, but I would not have given it if it was a gift. Sad, I hope the company will provide a new one... not sure yet.

I am very happy overall with the product. The ordering time took a very ling time. I originally ordered the necklace on November 21st and it was suppose to arrive around December 13th. I did not receive it until December 23rd. I was upset because this was a Christmas present and was worried it would not make it in on time. When I opened it one of the names spelled incorrectly. I had to give it to the person with the error. I emailed Kara and she responded and asked for my order number. She did not respond right away to let me know if she would be able to resend me one. Eventually I got a new shipping number and eventually received the right spelling on the necklace almost 2 months after I originally ordered it. The product is very nice but the process of getting it was no fun.

Still have not received package and no update on the shipping.

Chain broke as my daughter was unpacking it, otherwise would have liked it, I would not reorder because of the quality.

Pretty, what I expected for the price.. but lost a stone in less than two weeks of wearing it. :/ and shipping took quite a while. I understand it was personalized, but over all it wasn’t the best experience I’ve had.

The only reason for four is it took a bit long to get. Emailed after a few weeks and did receive a response within 24 hours. Looks great!

This seller is extremely unreliable and does not follow through with her orders. I ordered a $100 worth of necklaces for Christmas on November 20 and it is now January 9 and still nothing. She said she would send replacements and still nothing. So disappointing when I have never had any problems with purchases I have made on Jane .com

Great company, I hadnt received my order after a few weeks and they were very prompt to make it right and send the order out again.
