I can't even describe how disappointed I was when I got my order. The chain my fits an 8 year old and the charm immediately fell off the chain because the jump ring wasn't closed properly. I was looking forward to this necklace so much! I emailed the seller 2 days ago and have yet to receive a response.
I love the two Memorial Keychains I ordered from you. They are lovely.

It took much longer than it should have to deliver but it's good quality. I know there are mixed reviews but if you're willing to wait a while then it's a good product.
