One of the birthstones is missing. I contacted the seller and have yet to hear from them. So disappointed

These rings are beautiful, I had a small problem with my order and they helped me a lot and replaced it super fast, in love with my rings!

Bar is very lightweight so I’m nervous about how it will hold up. The engraving looks great, however, I wish that capital letters to start off the name could have been an option. Shipping was also slow, but within the given time frame. But for the $16 price tag, I’d say it was worth it.

I was so excited to receive this necklace. After almost a month in transit and the post office telling me it had been damaged and was undeliverable, I tried contacting the shop for a solution. Never heard back. Had to get Jane involved and they never responded to them either. Will never purchase from this seller again, terrible customer service.
