Pretty, what I expected for the price.. but lost a stone in less than two weeks of wearing it. :/ and shipping took quite a while. I understand it was personalized, but over all it wasn’t the best experience I’ve had.
The only reason for four is it took a bit long to get. Emailed after a few weeks and did receive a response within 24 hours. Looks great!
This seller is extremely unreliable and does not follow through with her orders. I ordered a $100 worth of necklaces for Christmas on November 20 and it is now January 9 and still nothing. She said she would send replacements and still nothing. So disappointing when I have never had any problems with purchases I have made on Jane .com

I bought the "With God all things are possible" necklace as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves it!
Not possible to leave zero stars, otherwise I would. Seller never shipped item (tracking number says a shipping label was created, but no package has started transit.) From the looks of the reviews for this item, I'm not the only one who experienced this. I've had packages lost before or mixups with delivery and each time the sellers have remade my item and ensure that they shipped. Not the case here, as it has taken me two months to try and get a refund, after multiple attempts to contact the seller (sometimes ignored, sometimes responded) and even contacting Jane support on several occasions as the refund has STILL not been processed. I don't leave bad reviews, because I get that mixups happen and some things are beyond the seller's control, but neglecting to address the problem that several customers have had, is just poor customer service. Buyer beware.
I have still not received this purchase. I ordered some earrings on Dec.11, 2017 and it's almost been a month. Not too pleased because there has been no communication from the seller.
