My clasp broke literally within 5 minutes… I put it on for the first time and was in my house and it slid right off while I was walking and a chunk of the clasp is gone. I emailed seller for a refund and zero response. Will reach out to Jane directly.
It is a pretty cheap metal necklace. Also, my daughter and I ordered the same necklace for another daughter. It said to contact the seller. I emailed and I asked to cancel one order. I did so immediately, it had not been packaged or shipped. I never heard a word and we received two of the exact necklace.
The necklace is okay It's sort of looks like the picture but I emailed them for some clarification on turnaround time and got a generic response. Their customer service skills were lacking

The name in the necklace is very small and it is hard to read. I ordered “Ava” and the v looks like an o.
I thought this necklace was gold in color. I wrote the seller with my concern was only met with no we only have silver necklaces. I was even given option to return with refund.
