Just like the picture. Bought for a gift. Recipient loved it

I received my necklace with the name spelled incorrectly. When I checked my order to make sure I hadn’t spelled the name incorrectly, the name I submitted was correct. I contacted the company TWICE and never got a response. I had to go through a third party in order to get a response and a refund. I was disappointed in the quality of the necklace, it looked a bit cheap, but I was mostly disappointed in the lack of customer service. Especially for an error that was their fault.

It’s decent looking, but it doesn’t look like the photos to me. What I received is very thin. It doesn’t look as nice of a piece as the one pictured. Seems like it will bend and/or break with very little wear. Wasn’t the deal I expected.

This necklace was absolutely beautiful. I bought it to represent to my two sons who I have lost, and I love that I get to wear their names around my neck.

My 9 year old granddaughter loved it as it was a sticking stuffer
