I absolutely LOVE this necklace I got made with my granddaughter’s name!! ❤️❤️
The clasp of necklace is welded shut and unable to open it to wear it. Very disappointed. We’ve tried reaching out to seller and haven’t heard back from them.

Super cute and of good quality; however, my only input would be why not include an actual ornament hanger. The current tassel is not feasible for hanging on a tree and you do advertise this as an ornament...
Can’t wait to give. It’s a Christmas gift I haven’t given yet. She has a rare name so like me, things have to be special made. So she will be surprised!
