I contacted the seller about an issue that I had with the necklace that I ordered. The necklace was beautiful; however, the chain was abnormally small. I can assure you that my throat is of normal size but this necklace barely fit around my neck. I contacted the seller informing them of the issue and was immediately sent an email apologizing. The seller requested that I send the necklace back with a note and that it would be replaced. I questioned the seller if there would be a refund for the extra shipping to send them the necklace back. I have yet to receive a response from the seller. I would be more understanding if the seller had posted options or specifics about the chain; but there was not. I feel as though the seller should have paid to have another chain sent to me or refunded me for the extra shipping. I am very dissatisfied with this seller and will not be purchasing from them again.
I ordered four personalized necklaces as teacher gifts. Very pretty necklaces, but 2 of the 4 had the wrong inscription on them. I immediately contacted the seller and never got a response. Jane customer support ended up having to issue a refund.....so now I'm shopping to replace two teacher gifts. 2 stars for this vendor's poor customer service.
Didn't come with the font I wanted but over all cute necklace!
