The box turned out okay when it finally arrived, the customer service from the engraver was horrible. I ordered the first of December and it did not arrive in time for Christmas, I reached out to the supplier a head of time to see if I could expedite shipping and they refused and were super rude when I when I asked about it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered 4 of these on Dec 2nd as Christmas gifts and never received them. The seller wouldn't respond when I inquired about them; therefore jane.com is supposed to be refunding my money now. I am so very disappointed because I was so excited to give these unique personalized gifts to the men in my life. Instead I showed up without a gift for them. Apparently this has happened to a lot of other people I noticed after I looked at some of the other recent reviews! I also think it's funny that this seller won't respond to the bad reviews that mention never receiving their order. They will only respond to the reviews that complain about the look of the item. Customer service is a joke from this seller.

I ordered this on December 2. It still says processing. I’ve tried to contact the shop but no answer. Wanted to give it to my husband for Christmas. Maybe it’ll be here by next Christmas.

I paid for 3 and they only sent 2. They acknowledged their mistake but never sent the 3rd or refunded me.

This company is poor at customer service you tell them you’re not satisfied with the product because clearly it’s more than minor marks on the ammo box and they tell you that oh your suppose to like it it doesn’t mess with the function of the box and problem solved,but yet the box itself looks poorly done! The pictures they provide are very misleading because the decal was super small but shown otherwise! You send them a email to try to get a solution and they simply respond oh you love it (when you actually don’t) and pretty much say have a nice day. WOULD NOT EVER order from again! Please people do not waste your money!

The box was really scratched up

I like the box and design and everything but it showed up pretty dinged up... and a big dent right in the middle of the design. Pretty disappointed as this was supposed to be a gift for my dad..

I was very disappointed in how SMALL the design was. The samples in the pictures show the design taking the whole can, but the design is much smaller, about 4 inches. Also, the pictures show the letters being curved, but they are straight. I purchased this for my husband's promotion to SGM, but I am embarrassed to give it to him in front of his Soldiers. I'd like to return in if I thought I could get a better product the second time.

They refused to fix a name on the can and it also had yellow paint spots all over the text

There was a large scratch on the back when I received it. The box wasn’t damaged, so it must have been packaged with the large scratch visible.

Long story short, I’m pretty disappointed. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend who loves to hunt. I was so excited and thought that it would be a great gift but when I received it I was very upset. It was very banged up and looked like it was cheaply made. Then once I opened it up, there was a B on the inside of the lid? I scrubbed and scrubbed to try to get the B off but had no luck. It’s too late to return it or go out and find something different, so I guess I’ll have to give it how it is. Do not waste your money on this.

The design is very nice, but the can smells awful! I was hoping my husband could use it for his military memorabilia. Not going to put anything in this. Disappointed.

Poor customer service. It’s a shame. I ordered two products. One was perfect, the other item was spelled incorrectly. It was disappointing since it was a Christmas present and being in the personalization business, one would assume they would check the spelling before shipping the item. However, I understand accidents happen. What really upset me was their unwillingness to rectify the situation. I notified them immediately of the mistake and asked how to return the item and when I could expect a replacement. They didn’t answer my questions and I instead, kept asking me about the misspelled item. It took three days of playing email tag before they told me they would issue a refund. I DIDNT ASK FOR A REFUND. I wanted a replacement! After contacting them and asking for a replacement instead they didn’t even send a refund and never responded. I finally had to contact Jane directly to mediate the situation. I realize it was just days before Christmas but poor customer service is inexcusable.

The personalization was not centered and smaller than the picture shown.The can itself was neat.

I have ordered 3 cans and all of them have had scratches on them as well as chipped paint. I think the seller needs to use a box big enough for the can because it just barely fits in the box so maybe wrap it in tissue paper or bubble wrap.

I was really excited about this, I felt like it was a fair price and it shipped really fast. But I was disappointed when I opened the box because the can is all scratched and the green paint is rubbed off on most of the corners and edges. This was meant to be a gift, but I don't think I will be giving it because it just doesn't look good.

I am very disappointed in the product and would like to speak to someone. The paint on the can is chipped and scratched. I can provide a picture.

Loved the size- bigger than I expected. Was a little disappointed with the engraving. It’s all silver except for at the top of the flag- it’s brown. Wasn’t sure who to contact about this- I can’t find any of their info. Update: I emailed the company about my issue with my product two months ago but still have not heard anything from them regarding this. Not happy with customer service.

The front that is engraved is cool, but I didn’t realize there would be yellow writing on the back. That is kind of ugly. I went back and that was not shown in any photos.

The image on the box is much smaller than the one pictured. I was a little disappointed with that but otherwise liked it.
