I have note received my package and no one has responded back to me about canceling and getting a refund.
I ordered two of these months ago so they would be here in time for Christmas. And, they aren’t here. I’ve messaged the sender multiple Times and not gotten any help figuring out where they are. Very disappointed.
Not at all what I thought! It is much smaller and does not even open!
I have still not received my order, so I can accurately review. I will not be getting these in time for our Christmas gathering, even though I ordered them in November. This is sickening.
I ordered this product on Nov 26th. It is now December 22nd and I have not received it. Tracking shows it wasn’t shipped until Dec 12 and it hasn’t moved from Kentucky since Dec 14. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Horribly disappointed. I have requested a refund.
I haven’t received my items. Tracking shipping. Shipped on the 14th. Have been in TN for 6 days.. haven’t heard back from seller or shipping company. Disappointed. Ordered early enough to get them for Christmas& it’s all messed up now.
I have emailed this company twice about getting this in time for Christmas. I ordered early November. No response (except a generic email with no info) And now I won’t have for Christmas. Very disappointed
I never received them. Still waiting. Won’t have a gift for my dad now. I ordered on November 26th. It’s Christmas Eve today.
Very disappointed!! Do not order this! The can came in a box that was barely big enough for it... crammed in there with no padding or wrapping whatsoever. Because of the poor packaging the can had all kinds of scratches where the paint had been scraped off and the whole can was very banged up. When I managed to yank the can from the box it smelled very strongly of fresh paint, like it wasn't even dry when they shoved it in the box. I have never left a bad review but felt I had to after messaging the seller and they would not work with me at all. Wish I had my money back.
Name was misspelled. For almost $50 that’s extremely disappointing. Not to mention, it took forever to ship!
Ordered these on November 8th and still as of today 12/2 have not received them.

Update: Still haven’t heard from this company or Jane. Totally unacceptable. This took almost three months to receive and I had to track it down every week! This will be my last purchase through Jane. Ordered this well over a month ago and still haven’t received it yet. Contacted the company and they told me to track the package on Jane’s site which I did and there’s no tracking information on it. This is a gift that most likely I will not be able to give in time. Pretty disappointing as it was not supposed to take this long and there has been zero correspondence

Has been a month since ordering and have not received this. Paid $50 with shipping. This was a Christmas present for my son.
Would have loved this for my dads Christmas gift, but it's spelled incorrectly. I should have paid attention to previous reviews talking about how poor their customer service is. I emailed them 2 days ago when I received it and still havent heard from them! And the previous review where they said that the engravings were entered automatically is incorrect. I have a picture of the packing slip showing the correct spelling, then what they sent me. Hoping I'll at least receive some sort of refund since it seems like they're not interested in sending me a replacement! Highly disappointed!
When I first ordered this (December 2nd) I immediately contacted the store and asked if it would arrive before Christmas as it was meant for a present. I received what I assume was an automated response, saying “Your package has recently shipped. Jane.com should have updated tracking info soon in their website. Due to the holiday, please allow a few extra days for updates.” That was on the 2nd. I received it on the 17th, after I had to send a follow up email inquiring about any tracking information. No big deal, it arrived in time for Christmas and things were good... at least until I opened the box. When the box arrived, it came out of the packaging smelling strongly of fresh paint. There are these clusters of paint balls all over it. Some of the paint has been rubbed off and scratched, I assume from the poorly packing job, with yellow paint smeared in odd places. (Did you put it in the box with wet paint?) I’m not sure how an object can look new and old at the same time but this does archive that look. I went back to the original description of the box to make sure I didn’t miss something and low and behold, the photos taken are not what I received. Nor is the description of the box say anything about being rustic, reclaimed, worn, etc. I can tell you my husband does NOT like that kind of fad that is popular, so while you can tell all your customers it’s “cute” and the recipient is “sure to love it” I can assure you, he will not. He will however think I overpaid for a rusty piece of box that just so happens to have his name on it. I would most definitely not order from this company again.
