I accidentally ordered the item twice. I messaged the company and was sent an automated message that said someone would get back with me within 2-3 days. It is now going on a week and I still have no response. I also now have 2 of the exact same item and out double the money. I was told by Jane that since both items had already shipped a refund could not be given. Seems as if to me the company was purposefully not replying to my email in order to make a buck. This was not my first time ordering but will be my last from the company.
