I received this with a broken piece on the end, it also does not have stong ink in it, after trying it out 2, the ink faded. I messaged customer service and they wanted a picture of it, to prove I was telling the truth, with customer service being so busy I would have had to log back in to another computer or phone that has a camera and wait 45 min again. So if ordering this product be careful, it may not be top of the line.

I ordered this and realized the system had auto corrected and spelled my sons name wrong. I contacted both the seller and Jane.com and neither bothered to respond.

The stamper works perfectly and the calligraphy looks exactly as ordered. Quick delivery and a good price.

The sign was super cute and goes well with our decor for our trunk-or-treat and our door.
