I received this with a broken piece on the end, it also does not have stong ink in it, after trying it out 2, the ink faded. I messaged customer service and they wanted a picture of it, to prove I was telling the truth, with customer service being so busy I would have had to log back in to another computer or phone that has a camera and wait 45 min again. So if ordering this product be careful, it may not be top of the line.
