I ordered a different item and received 2 wrong items. I have contacted Jane customer service and was told I had to contact the seller and they gave me the information to do so. I contacted the seller, using the info from Jane, and was told it was not their product but Jane’s, contacted Jane’s again and was redirected again to a seller, seller said not their product, Jane’s, Jane’s not their product. I would not place another order from Jane’s and will make my family and friends do not as well. Terrible customer service and now J am stuck with 2 products that I do not want.

Disappointed in quality of product

This item is very poor quality. It looks like it came from the dollar store. The items are not packaged well. And I bought three sets and only got one instruction. I was going to give them as presents but I’m embarrassed. I want a refund and to return. The company has no responded to my emails.

Love the idea of this product, but very disappointed in the quality. It is synthetic wood and does not look like it would last outside. There is no description before buying it that says that you have to glue and velcro the letters on; if looks like you're able to slide them in. I was surprised to receive it with directions to glue it on rather than a slide down the middle. I did understand prior to buying that I would need to stain or paint it. I do love the idea and know that my mom will still like it as a gift so I will not be returning it, but I am thoroughly disappointed with the quality.

Much smaller than I anticipated. Still cute, but I was definitely expecting something bigger

I was disappointed with the unfinished wood. The wood is from thin MDF boards and not traditional wood. It is very thin and the sign was smaller (thinner) than I was envisioning. The cut work was done well. I just anticipated something different.

If I'd have realized how many additional supplies I would need I would probably not have purchased this. I was expecting to paint my own pieces, however, there is no way to attach the pieces to the backboard. And unlike the description claims, there is also no way to hang this. Too expensive for what I received and what I'm going to have to aquire to make this work. And the leaf piece had a broken/split bit.

Adorable, but wish there was a way to display (small stand attached to the back) other than leaning it up against something. Some shapes are extremely hard to paint due to small details!

The H ME letters weren’t already glued on which I found odd. And the wood itself had the strangest smell

The sign is smaller than I expected. The wood is smooth and the little icons are cute. I think it will be fun to paint and decorate. I bought three kits-two for gifts.

I did not look at the measurements, and it was a lot smaller than I expected. I do love this sign either way, though!

A little smaller than I expected. Should have paid attention to size. Proportion in pic makes it look larger.
