Received the wrong order from 2712 designs. I have reached out to them multiple times via email, IG, FB, with zero response. A rep from Jane emailed them also. No response. Will be disputing the charges via Paypal. Very frustrating to not have a responsive seller. Buyer beware.

I have sent several emails about my order. It arrived broken.

I would love to review this but I haven’t received it. It says it shipped 10/31 but as on 11/16 it’s still pending

First, I was unable to fill in all sections when purchasing so I immediately emailed the seller with my request for lines 2 and 3. No response so I sent a second email 4 days later. No response. The requests I emailed about were not made. And really, that’s fine. Upon receiving with line 1 only (names, no address), I used it anyways and the stamp wasn’t of good quality. I tried applying great pressure, etc. and it never would work quite right, making only 1/2 of it eligible.
