The item is beautiful!! I ordered a second one that was placed on Nov 18 and supposed to ship on Nov 28 I have heard nothing. I have emailed twice and finally a rep from Jane answered and said he reached out to the company and they would be in touch and nothing!!! Thenoffered to refund my money!!! That was nice but this was a gift!!!! Not happy with this company at all. If I could have given them a 0 I would have due to their customer service!!

I ordered what is shown in the picture except with script lettering but got something completely different. It was going to be a Christmas present but I can not get the people at 2712 Designs to answer my emails, give me the correct item, or issue a refund. I am very hesitant to order anything else from your website. I have tried to email your company & it gets returned.
