I loved it, thank you!

Took over a month to arrive. Until I contacted Jane, then it was sent. Fairly short hook, if your wreath is thick, you can’t see the “name” plate.

Took FOREVER to ship so on the meantime I purchased different return labels. The stamp is crooked when stamped. AND the ink started failing after a dozen envelopes. Total waste of money.

I was so excited about the personalized music box for my daughter. I ordered the item on 10/27 and by 11/17 still had not received a tracking number. I reached out to the seller and got no response. I reached out to Jane customer service and they helped and reached out to the seller 2 more time also with no response. Miraculously I got a update that a shipping label was created on 12/1 and since then nothing. So I still have not received my item and will be requesting a refund from Jane. I ordered 2 other items at the same time and received them quickly but after this fiasco I will never order anything from this seller again.

Pretty plain- nothing spectacular about this ornament.

Easy to use. But not always consistent with the stamping. Now I know some has to do with pressure but it seems like the ink is not evenly distributed. Only first started using it, so I am hopeful that it will fix itself out. Some spots are lighter. Would still order it again though.
