Order was correct but the size is much smaller than I expected.

The stamper itself is not white as shown. Not a huge deal but I expected what was in the photo.

The quality of the stamp is not as high as I expected. When you push down it does not set evenly.

I received my personalized embosser however the font on line 1 was way too small and very difficult to read our family name. I think they should allow a maximum of 10-15 letters not 20 for line 1. At the very least have a disclaimer informing customers how small the font will be! The sample they used does not reflect what 20 letters would look like. I like the design and the quality of the embosser itself is great but unfortunately I cannot use it for my Christmas cards as I had hoped. I was equally disappointed with their response after emailing them about my concern. I kindly requested 2712 Design to replace the design plate with a new one that our family name appears clearer and readable with another design or font. Further, if they are unable to complete this request to refund my purchase. Their response was basically instructing me to purchase and pay for another design plate!!! Wait 2 weeks and hope it turns out well! No thank you!!! I will not order from them ever again and encourage others to stay away!
