Item was large and would be perfect for my first baby's nursery, but it does not look right. The initials are listed L-R PBK, and the B and the K look capitalized but the P looks lowercase, almost making it look like an S. If the seller was amazing she would let buyers know in advance if something looks out of place (I just now see similar reviews about fonts/lettering) since she does not post pictures of all letters. If this is indeed a capitalized P, I do not blame her as I know she did not make the font, but a heads up would've been nice. I attempted to contact the seller but have not yet heard back (again, similar issues have been stated on previous reviews that I saw after the fact), thus the real reason for giving 2 stars. I'm less than impressed. If possible, I will update review if/when I hear back from seller. UPDATE: the seller did eventually send me a new monogram and even offered to paint it since it took so long. However, contacting the seller and having her actually respond was like an act of Congress. It took entirely too long. The monogram looks great, but the customer service definitely needs some work. I’ll update to 3 stars based on customer service.
