It was not packed well and arrived chipped. It is cute, but not top quality, just stained press board.

Exactly as described it does need a little more sanding before painting but over all just as described, it doesn’t come with mounting but is a simple fix with command strips & it wouldn’t damage my walls

Took over a month for sign to be shipped and I reached out to the seller and heard nothing. When it finally did arrive, it was broken and the name was misspelled. Ordered Brecklyn Hope, got Breckly Hope (and middle name was snapped in half.) Reached out to seller again and after 4 days was told she was recurring it and sending out the next day. That was over a week ago and after emailing daily, I have heard nothing. Disputing with Paypal and Jane now. Do not do business with this shop if you are counting on good customer service and a useable name sign.

Ordered "stay awhile". Words were black in the picture, did not read description, so was surprised when they arrived as unpainted/unfinished wood, but that's fine. I can easily paint them and this way, I can choose the color. The word "stay" arrived broken which is disappointing - packaging could have been better/more protective. But could obviously be easily repaired and I already have wood glue from crafting and a wood gluing project on tap so I just decided to fix myself rather than exchange/get a replacement. Turn around time was very fast.
