Don’t buy anything based on the photo- read all the small print. What you are getting does not look like the photo displayed in this add. The small print says you are buying unfinished arrows. Mine were also cracked in the corners. I didn’t get a packing slip so it seems you just have to keep them.

I want to give this item 5 stars, but when our Name signs arrived the middle name was broken. We have sent an email to the seller, but have not yet heard back from them. Otherwise, the signs are beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. I realize that sometimes things happen while in transit, so overall this product was wonderful and I am hopeful that the seller will reach out regarding the issue.

The craftsmanship is wonderful and the turnaround time (including delivery) was surprisingly speedy. I don't mind the piece being unfinished since the savings is so worth it, compared to other options out there.

These signs are absolutely beautiful and their customer service is incredible. I ordered signs for my daughters nursery and when they came, I was very disappointed with the look of one letter. I emailed the company and I received a very prompt reply. I was able to receive a new item and it is absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait to paint them and hang above my daughters crib!

Really cute but I wish there was something on the back so that I could hang it or stand the frame up. I’ll have my stepdad modify the back so that I can display the frame.
