Mine came broken, but am awaiting the plan of action on the return or exchange. I can tell it is a pretty letter though if it were intact! They were awesome and sent me a brand new one! It's perfect!

Some letters (like J) hard to read.

Misspelling and promised to have it corrected and shipped out in 2 days. Then a week later when I followed up, they hadn't even started and wouldn't for a while still, which meant that I wouldn't have it in time for the date I needed. They did refund the purchase, but it was just disappointing.
