I have not received any contact form you and the arrival date was May 28! I would like an immediate refund! Or I will do a charge back!

I have yet to receive or even see that it has shipped.

I ordered this for my daughters room almost a year ago and we spray paint it gold. She loves it and it's perfect in her room. So this time we ordered it for our sons room. When we receive it we will be staining it and hanging it above his bed. We are excited to see his nursery come together using this product. It'll look good in the nursery.

I ordered my item on May 17th and it’s June first and I still don’t have it. Never heard a word from the company and I had to reach out. Said it was due here by May 24. I contacted them after and they blamed USPS saying they probably didn’t scan the package for tracking info. I reached out again, still no response. I would like my soon to be born daughters name sign or money back!

Ordered on May 15th. Was supposed to ship on May 24th. As of June 1, I have not received anything.I have not heard from Whimsy Timber.If they get in touch with me and get my order to me before June 7th, I will update and let you know the quality of the product.Right now...I'm not happy with the customer service.

This name sign is even more beautiful in person! Packaged with so much care! I am so happy with this purchase! Would certainly recommend to anyone! This would even make a beautiful gift!

The shipping is so slow and the company has had no communication as to why that is or when I can expect it to ship or arrive.

I am updating my review to be 3 stars. The sign IS beautiful and exactly as ordered. However, this company gets overwhelmed when they run sales and my order took waaaay longer than the date it was quoted to arrive. It took almost 2 months to arrive. So beware, you will get a beautiful product but do not expect it to arrive by the shipping quote date.

I ordered option 1 for the font. We chose Jean as the middle name for our daughter since it has family meaning. When receiving the name signs, the J looks like an F. I would have preferred a proof sent to confirm that option choice or to choose a different one so it would clearly read Jean or have a picture of each fonts upper case and lower case alphabet on the picture shown. The name was supposed to ship on May 24th. When I checked it said a label had been created on the 22nd but never showed an estimated arrival time. I contacted the seller and never heard back. I’m not completely displeased with the purchase, we can still use the first name but having a proof sent before the actual cutting would have made the purchase better.

I will be happy to change my review once my item has been delivered but as now- I ordered 17 days ago and all I have had as communication was a generic letter from the seller that my item was probably shipped but there was no way to track it. And so I have no idea when to expect it. Very disappointed in my first experience using a seller on Jane.
