I never got shipping updates and still have no product and ive reached out 7 different times! I want a refund

I thought it would be white the edges need to be sanded and I thought it would be bigger

Buyers beware! I ordered on May 18 and show this was in preshippment on May 23 - it is now June 3 and it's still in preshippment... I've sent an email to the buyer. I wasn't going to leave a review, but I was sent an email asking for one.

I purchased item on 5/19/20 and it was supposed to be shipped by 5/24/20, but it's still reflecting as "processing". I have sent an email to the contact person for the purchase, but I'm yet to receive a response back.

It was exactly as I expected it to be and came unfinished which I love because then I get to paint or finish it myself. There were no faults on the name signs, it was perfectly cut and well sanded down when it arrived.
