It's beautiful but my daughters first name came in 2 pieces when it should be one.

Good quality. Raw birch. We stained & sealed ours.

Sign came just as expected, but there was a crack in the “n”, which eventually totally broke. I was able to use wood glue to repair, but not ideal. Otherwise looks great.

I understand unfinished. But by the looks of the pictures I thought it would be darker unfinished wood, not so light and literally nothing done to it- pictures don’t match description- because I was going to leave unfinished, as that is the look I was going for especially with all the pictures I saw. Just very disappointed in pictures and how the product comes there is a big difference in color and it needs a better description. It is solid wood that is for sure. In the pictures they should show one like a customer receives because Wood looks different all the time depending on what would you were using but the unfinished wood you were sending customers how about putting a picture up and describing what you were sending out???
