The item was not finished- I wouldn’t have paid over $20 for something that I have to paint.

Came broken in half. Contacted seller and got no response.

This company is great! My first shipment had a broken piece in the sign and they responded immediately and replaced the name with no questions asked! Very impressed with the quality of the name signs as well!

The monogram is beautiful It needed very little sanding that I was able to do with a finger nail file I spray painted it to hang in my nursery It's perfect!

I expected it to come unfinished, as it says in the description, but I did expect a higher quality wood finish. The wood pieces are not smooth, and the finish is rough. Not what I pictured at all.

Update: contacted seller via Facebook messenger and my order was quickly corrected and shipped out to me. The puzzles I ordered are very cute, although I was surprised that they were unfinished. One of the names was misspelled and I am still waiting to hear back from the seller.
