I’m super sad because it’s so pretty and it’s exactly what I wanted except the package was half way open when it came to my door and the last letter of his middle name was broken off due to it not being properly wrapped during shipping there was only one piece of bubble wrap. If it was packaged better it wouldn’t have broken.

Had a shipping issue but seller made it right immediately, the issue was USPS not the seller. My godchildren (age 2.5 & 4) LOVED them!!! Huge hit!!

It's thicker than I thought it would be

I received this item after a few weeks from ordering. Like others have said there are several areas that require sanding, but the face of mine also had splintering of the wood that only became very visible after painting it. Also, the wood is so soft that sanding it changes the texture. Overall for the price I think these defects could be addressed by the seller. I would not recommend.

I got the neutral colors The board and letters are "unfinished" and "shed" a saw dust type material onto your hands and whatever they touch Maybe this was stated in the description but I don't believe so I will have to paint it all before I gift it I would think the colored options wouldn't be like this but can't say
