Please DO NOT waste your money or time!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered on 12/5, item was not shipped until 12/14 and still has not been delivered. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts for a party tomorrow!!! When I emailed the company, I was told it shows shipped on their end! And that's it! I definitely do not recommend!
Never received the ornament RE! Soooo disappointed! They were ordered with plenty of time to arrive IF THEY WERE SHIPPING FROM THE US! It is very frustrating when you order something and you have no idea where it is shipping from! Would not order from here again!

Like many others, ordered in November and tracking (updates Dec 18) still says waiting for item from seller even though the seller claimed it was shipped on Dec. 4. Speedy response from company and worked with me to fix the issue of not receiving my order.
This was a disappointments. It is rubber and very thin. It was not the quality I was expecting.
I ordered a Santa with mask ornament on December 5. It's still says "processing". I contacted the seller and only received an unhelpful response of "shipped on our end".
The brush applicator for eyeliner is not user friendly and too large. Ended up with product all over my eyelashes. I wouldn't recommend using the included brush, very messy.
Have not received these socks. Contacted the seller and was basically blown off. Very upset and disappointed as these were supposed to be a Christmas gift. I'm not even interested in receiving this item anymore. I just want my money back.

Do NOT order from TagCo USA if you need your item promptly!!!! I ordered this weeks ago and they just shipped it?!? So now, I will be short a Christmas gift! Not Happy! I would have given less than a 1 star if possible!
order never received. Had to contact thru email. Says item shipped, but lost somewhere en route. Hopefully will be receiving a full refund as per their customer service. Jane's customer service very prompt- received full refund.
It's been a month and I still haven't received it. I ordered it to use in this cold weather and I'm not able to use it yet
