Emailed twice and never got a response. Was told my ornament would ship by the 12th, but he we are on the 20th and it still hasn't been shipped! On the 10th, they created USPS label, but nothing since.

I still haven't gotten this. It states it normally ships within 5 days and we are on day 15.... maybe ill get it in 2021???

I ordered multiple ornaments of the family of 4 and one of the ornaments did not meet my expectations. The people didn’t have eyeballs!! I had to use a sharpie marker and make them eyes and now it looks silly.

I ordered 2 of these for Christmas gifts on Nov 27 and haven’t received them as of Dec 19. Emailed the seller but got no response.

Ordered on November 28, according to tracking, they had not arrived at USPS on Dec 18 I don't recommend these sellers if you want them anytime soon

It's so cute and perfect to mark the 2020 covid events. I also like that it is plastic and won't break if dropped. Very adorable

I was sent the wrong product and have not received any response from the seller about a refund. It took a long time to ship so I have no hope that I can return and exchange before christmas. Disappointed in customer service.

If you have a normal sized torso it's great I have a long torso and it's way too short for me

I'm so sad! I received my package and there was nothing in it. The package was not even sealed. The ornament probably fell out before it even got to the post office. I sent a message and hopefully it will be replaced or a refund will be sent.
