I have yet to receive this.

Hard to give a good rating when the ornaments haven't arrived yet...and it's Christmas Eve These were ordered on 12/5/20 and shipped on 12/17/20, but have not arrived Tracking only says "in transit; arriving late."

The ornament is not what I was expecting, which was a solid ornament. This is like something from a mold and made of cheap rubber-type material.

Never received it

I ordered Dec 5 and it wasn't shipped until the 14th. Now it is Christmas Eve and my ornament is still in Atlanta. Best case, I'll love it and it will go straight into storage for next year.

First off, the tweezers are metal The lashes are magnetic So when you try to use the tweezers to apply the lashes, the lashes stick to the tweezers and disaster ensues Second, the "magnetic" eyeliner is SUPER sticky A few hours after application my lash line was still sticking to my eyelid Very uncomfortable and the accompanying crazy facial contortions were not a good look Lastly, the super sticky liner was basically impossible to remove Followed the directions and tried multiple makeup removers Still sticky and gross Super disappointing

So disappointed that I ordered this on December 6th and did not get it before Christmas. Kind of defeats the purpose...

Cute just took too long to get. Didn't arrive until after Christmas which was kinda pointless.

I ordered these as a “white elephant” gift. Due to the postal system, I have yet to receive them but after one email, and an immediate response, the company has graciously offered a refund. Their customer service is top notch!

I purchased this on Dec 6th and it didn't ship until Dec 11th with a guaranteed delivery of Dec 15th. Here we are December 24th and no family ornament. I know shipping is a mess right now but if this would have been sent out more promptly it may have been here by Christmas. The day after I ordered this on Jane I saw it on Amazon a few hours later for $4 cheaper. I ordered 2 other ornaments and they came in within a few days. I sent the company an email 5 days ago and have not heard anything back from them so they don't ship promptly or respond promptly to emails from customers either.

Very disappointed Didn't expect for $10 to be made of rubber. Too embarrassed to give to who I ordered them for. Took almost a month to get. Threw them away. .

Poor quality and very dissatisfied with product

Huge disappointment! This product is not what is reflected in the pictures. What arrived was a rubber ornament with paint bleeding. For $10 I expected it to be a little higher quality - I bought a similar one from a different store that actually was made of resin, not rubber. Do NOT recommend.

Silicon, not ceramic. It feels like it’s going to break. Also, it arrived stained & I can’t move the stain.

Super disappointed with this purchase (and I'm usually very happy with everything from Jane). This ornament arrived with the red ribbon stuck to the ornament and has left a nasty red mark across the whole thing. I tried to use a magic eraser to remove it, but it's still on there. I guess I expected a better product based off the pictures, but I would not recommend this!
