I am disappointed that the name is stuck on. I feel like it will come off. The last koozie I got the name of as was engraved into the metal. That one is way better. I wish I had gone back to that vendor 😕

Hi there, yes these are put on with a commercial quality vinyl - there is no way to laser engrave in all of the color options that we offer (you cant laser engrave in rose gold). I'm sorry that there was confusion on that for you. I'm glad that your personalization is holding up well for you :)

I'm just so frustrated. I finally get my order which didn't make it on time for the person I bought it for. It was mailed and the day it was due to be delivered didn't happen. The date dropped off and for a whole week there was no longer a delivery date. When I finally get it its a week over due. I open the package to a Brutmate box and pull out some off name brand. Which is fine but u send me my product in a box that isn't related. I mean come on!! Put it in a box but not another companies product box. The name was just a decal done by a cricut. I should have bought the Brutmate and had it done locally. What a waste of time.

Hi there, I am so sorry that USPS delayed your package - they are very busy during this time of year; however, we did drop it off with them before the scheduled ship date. These were never advertised as brumates - I'm so sorry if there was any confusion there. We do reuse packaging because it is best for the environment. Enjoy your cooler, these are a top seller!
