I'm just so frustrated. I finally get my order which didn't make it on time for the person I bought it for. It was mailed and the day it was due to be delivered didn't happen. The date dropped off and for a whole week there was no longer a delivery date. When I finally get it its a week over due. I open the package to a Brutmate box and pull out some off name brand. Which is fine but u send me my product in a box that isn't related. I mean come on!! Put it in a box but not another companies product box. The name was just a decal done by a cricut. I should have bought the Brutmate and had it done locally. What a waste of time.

Cup is great, but arrived with broken straw. No damage to box and marked as fragile. Just think straw should have been wrapped or something.
