What a great company to work with. I accidently got the wrong shirt but LOVED the product!! I contacted them and they were more than happy to work with me to resolve the issue!! I received my order when I expected it, the size was just as expected and the issue with the wrong shirt was very understandable as they were both jeeps that read Merry Christmas, I just wanted the other style. I will definitely order with them again! I love the product and I am so appreciative for the awesome customer care. Thanks The White Invite for being a reputable, responsible company!!!

I am disappointed that the name is stuck on. I feel like it will come off. The last koozie I got the name of as was engraved into the metal. That one is way better. I wish I had gone back to that vendor 😕

Hi there, yes these are put on with a commercial quality vinyl - there is no way to laser engrave in all of the color options that we offer (you cant laser engrave in rose gold). I'm sorry that there was confusion on that for you. I'm glad that your personalization is holding up well for you :)
