The printed name is blurred in the middle and the letters at the end of the name are not the same size as the beginning letters. Not the same quality as pictured. 😞

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Ordered on November 29. It was “estimated to ship” by dec. 8-almost a week later and it’s still “processing” & I can’t get the seller to email me back. I’ve ordered from Jane for 3 years now, and never had this issue.
