I bought 2 of these as a Christmas gift for my daughter and stepdaughter's child. They are absolutely adorable in person. I have bought many things on this site that end up lacking in quality once they arrive, but I was extremely pleased with how these came out. I can't speak to how they wash/wear yet.
DISCLOSURE: I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT TO KNOW IF I WOULD RECOMMEND IT❤️ I ordered on 11/24 and realized on 12/4 that instead of ordering two, only one sweatshirt was showing to be ordered. The color and size were sold out when I tried to “reorder” the second sweatshirt. I contacted the seller and was initially told that she would be getting more and she would have Jane update, but she was very busy (900 behind). She did assure me the order that did process would arrive by Christmas. I SPECIFICALLY SAID I WANTED THE FIRST SWEATSHIRT REGARDLESS! She emailed me back and said she wouldn’t be able to get more to fill the second order and could change the first order. I didn’t see the email unfortunately, and my first order was canceled and refunded. I reviewed our communication to make sure I had made it clear I wanted the order sweatshirt. With the extra communication for clarification that was kind and courteous from each of us I’m really baffled. This may simply be an oversight. In the future I’ll actually probably try to order from this seller again, it just won’t be time sensitive.
Not true to size!! I ordered a 2x and it fit like a medium. VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️
I like these. The only thing is I had to wait forever to get them shipped. Also, the burp cloths didn't have wrapping paper or a plastic bag so they won't get dirty while shipping.
I was so excited about this bag I ordered as a Christmas gift. The bag finally came in and the name was spelled wrong. The name I submitted was correct. I have emailed the seller twice and gotten no reply. So now to scramble and find another gift. So disappointed.

Ordered this on 11/22/22. Label was generated on December 2nd for shipping. Reached out to Jane for assistance after not receiving on 12/9/22. Seller finally responded on 12/14 stating “I am sorry for the delay. My embroidery machine ate your jacket:(. A new one is arriving tomorrow. I will get it embroidered and in the mail by Friday. You will have it by Christmas Eve.” I have asked seller for an updated tracking number multiple times since the one provided only stated “label generated”. I’m very disappointed. These were supposed to be gifts for Christmas! I NEVER leave bad reviews but the lack of communication from the very beginning is not professional. Don’t mark it shipped if it’s even been embroidered. Will be reaching out to Jane.
Ordered almost a month ago for a Christmas present and was supposed to ship last week. Seller does not return emails. Only tracking number generated..hasn’t even shipped. Would not recommend this seller.

Contacted the vendor, awaiting for resolution for misspelled name on purchase. Correctly spelled name was on the invoice. Will update review after vendor replies with a resolution. Original item replaced and corrected item received just in time for Christmas! Thank you for your quick response and resolution! Perfect item for Christmas morning.
