I loved the sweatshirt feel and design, but there was an inch hole in the seam on one arm after only one wear 😭 Customer service was quick to respond and work with me, so although there was a defect, I'd order from them in the future

Hi Jennifer! Thanks for your review :) I am glad we got to connect on email and get this resolved for you. Those pesky, really fulffy pullovers hide defects really well. We try our best to catch these things before they leave our warehouse but sometimes, human error misses things.
