Ashley, I am saddened that the threat of a bad review was fulfilled when you were not given what you wanted. USPS showed a delivery scan for your order. We asked twice to confirm the address of the order but the question remained unanswered. We also offered to assist with tracking down claim paperwork, assistance to fill out paperwork, assistance with tracking down the package and this was met with no response. It was stated, as per policy, if USPS shows it ended up misdelivered but scanned delivered, we were happy to refund or resend but we needed this information first. A resolution was still, generously given to you in the form of a Jane credit due to the refusal to work through locating the package on your part. We simply cannot refund or resend an order that has been confirmed delivered at a customers whim because they ask for or demand it. Once a package is scanned delivered, if you believe the package is not delivered, it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS to locate it. This is the standard for dealing with these types of situations. In the future, the best practice to any situation is to be kind in your emails rather than demanding, threatening, and spiteful. We are always happy to work with customers as best we can while maintaining protocol and policy.

Thanks for your review :) As mentioned in our email, it was advertised and shown in the Jane photo that the design rotated to the left so it would have been seen upon purchasing the item as well. We did provide a grid overlay to show you that the design was advertised with a left rotation. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with what was advertised and that we sent exactly what was advertised to you. We aren't in the business of sending things incorrectly or items that do not match what was advertised and shown to customers at time of purchase.
