Hi Melissa! We did reach out to you in concerns to your order via email on 09/17/20 but have yet to hear a response from you. We stand behind our products, as you will see from other reviews. It sounds like the tee you got had a defective hem which is unknown to us during quality checks as this defect does not show up until washed. When this happens, we do our best to resolve the issue for our customers but we need to connect via email first in order to do so :) Let us know if you have any questions!
