Roll out as much paper as you need and then you slip the cutter tool over the paper roll with the blade side first and gently slide the cutter tool along the paper. It should cut very easily. WE definitely agree with you!! We have advised the manufacturer that the size needs to be increased! Hopefully we will have a larger tool in the near future. ♥
