wish writing on package came in English or atleast with a translation.

Not at all what it looks like in the picture. In fact it came from a foreign company, because the package was in Chinese or Japanese (I’m not sure which one). It doesn’t even have directions on it. Very disappointed.

You should have received English instructions with your order and we apologize if you did not receive them. We have included them here for your use: Cleaning Putty Instructions: Gently remove putty from package. Knead the putty in your hands until you are ready to use. This non-toxic, biodegradable and environmentally friendly cleaning putty can be used on most any hard surface. Avoid using putty on carpet, material, cotton items, hair or wet surfaces. Gently push the cleaning putty onto the surface of the item you wish to clean. Quickly move the putty up and down and in and out of cracks, crevices, keyboards, car dashes, etc. Avoid leaving the putty in one spot for more than a few seconds at a time, as this may leave behind putty residue. To store, simply place the putty back into the zipper sealed bag it came in. Make sure to seal the bag tight. Air will cause the putty to dry out. Continue using until it is no longer sticky. Keep out of direct sunlight for long periods of time. Keep out of reach of children. If putty gets into your eyes, flush eyes with water. If for any reason you are still not happy with your purchase, contact us directly at [email protected] and we will be happy to send you out a replace cleaning putty or request a refund for you. ♥

It's fine, but it's not really effective. I have to go over the same spots multiple times and still find myself tweezing.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME product and customer service! This Biz is probably one of the best on Jane. My product arrived broken. I sent an email and immediately the owner responded. By that same evening she had already shipped a replacement with tracking. Happy with my purchase and experience!

The product works maybe half of the time I’ve tried it; and it takes multiple trips back-and-forth over an area of skin before it catches everything. I expected it would have more of a pull than a basic handheld eyebrow shaper that you can find for a few bucks at drugstores. Short of working over an area of skin from differing angles, not much to this thing. I wish I’d saved my money...because by golly, that’s a tank of gas or two in Texas! And my horses are out to pasture so I’ll need to filllllerup!
