Wouldn’t even fit on my smallest roll. Was a waste of money. Description should have said it only works on very small rolls.

I ordered one of each for Christmas stocking stuffers for my kids and nephews. When they arrived I did not get what I ordered, instead I got 2 monkeys and 2 pink pigs! I emailed them the day I received them and still have not received a reply. Then when the kids opened them, the 2 pigs and frog broke! The rubber bands broke! Very cheap quality and customer service is not a plus either! Will be contacting Jane next to get this resolved! 73 dollars is too much to spend to have it break the first time the kids use them!

I ordered these and am still waiting to receive my order. I sent a message inquiring as to the status of my order and haven’t received a response. Was looking forward to using them as Christmas gifts for my kids. Truly disappointed in the lack of response.

Ordered 2 flingshot animals received only 1 on delivery, but was billed for 2. I have contacted Seller with 2 emails but have not received a response. I wanted to use both for Christmas gifts. Very dissatisfied with the customer service of this vendor.

having the hardest time to cut wrapping paper.
Oh no!! We are sorry you are having trouble with this. It should actually be very simple and easy! Roll out as much paper as you need and then you slip the cutter tool over the paper roll with the blade side first and gently slide the cutter tool along the paper. It should cut very easily. If you are following these instructions and still not having any luck, please contact us directly at [email protected] and we will be happy to replace your item or issue a refund. ♥
