Hey Cynthia Williams, We are so bummed that you did not like the earrings. Why didn't you return them? We are always happy to take returns on unused items if you don't like them. I'm sure you know what a 2 star review does to a small business like ours so you must be very unhappy. We are so sorry to let you down. We purposefully put the range of length in the description and then on the longer earrings pics we actually put the inches. I don't know what else we could have done. Be blessed, Texas Sistas :)
