We are always happy to take returns. We want our customers happy. We explained fully in the description what the plastic, shatterproof cups were made of, I'm not sure what else we could have done? Received tear drops but I ordered the peace signs. I would give 5 stars, but I don't have the peace signs😁 They were very prompt in answering my email and offered a refund. They would have exchanged, but they were sold out! The earrings I did receive were very colorful and better than the picture!
