I didn’t receive the hat that I ordered. The one that was sent to me wasn’t even one of selections given on that “oh so cute summertime caps” page? I reached out to the seller via email and haven’t received a response yet.

Hello Ms. Tami Lyday, Once we emailed you after seeing this painful one-star review you told us that you had emailed Jane, not us directly. You stated you received a "momma" hat instead of the Jeep hat, however, we did not have any kind of MOM hats on that sale. We offered to exchange it anyway if you just sent a quick pic of the hat you received and you went silent. This is so very sad to us because we are left with this horrible one-star review that truly hurts our business and there is no fixing something that did not happen. God bless you, Sista!
