I gave these as a gift to my mom, who has foot issues & she is loving them so far. She loves that they can be warmed up or even put in the freezer as little slipper ice packs! After a shipping issue, I contacted the company to make sure that I would still have these in time for Xmas. They were very helpful & responsive. They were able to overnight my order to me in time for the holidays at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this product (I can see why Oprah loves them) & this boutique!

Horrible. Really mad. I ordered them at least two weeks before Christmas because they were going to be a Christmas present. I still had not received them a few days away from Christmas so I emailed the seller and never heard back. I did email Jane and they were nice to get back with me and offer assistance, which I appreciate. However, they came THE DAY AFTER Christmas. Not only that, but they sent the wrong ones.

I ordered these for Christmas gifts and it said they were guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. They came the day after.

Bought as a gift! My stepmom has diabetes and I wanted to give her something to give her foot pain some relief!

First off they are comfy and warm. However I got them later than expected. The reason I am giving them 4 stars is because the owner was quick to respond and get them to me ASAP. She was even willing to meet up which is Amazing so I don’t blame the store at all. I understand shipping around Christmas is crazy. I was disappointed when I opened the box and it was the wrong color slipper. I ordered the cheetah ones and I got the lavender ones. Not worth the hassle of sending them back to get the right ones as I will only be wearing them around the house.

Ordered these slippers, was guaranteed delivery by the 18-19. They didn’t get shipped until after that and they were Christmas gifts and it’s the 26th and I have still not received them. I contacted the seller on the 16th and she said they would be here. I guess she didn’t understand how the mail works because they did not arrive. I would not recommend this company

I gifted these to my besties and they both love them! I wish I would have ordered myself a pair.

These fit large and cozy as they are more meant for relaxing vs walking. There was an issue with delivery for Christmas but the company worked it out to get them in time to deliver as gifts for those on my list. They all absolutely loved them!

The product is great! Although it never shipped like it said. I had to email to find out where the order was. Too late for my family Christmas. Don’t know if I will order from this place again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this headband! It matches my hair perfectly and it’s so easy to style!

I ordered a dark brown braid and ended up receiving a blond braid. I contacted the seller and she was quick to send me the correct braid. I haven't received that one yet but the blond braid I did receive was of great quality and very authentic looking...Can't wait to get the brown one to wear!

Ordered quite awhile ago. It was supposed to ship on 12/09, and it's 12/17 and still haven't heard anything. I hope I get it eventually! I did finally receive the headband, 12/27. It was late, but I love it! My hair is dyed Loreal chestnut brown, and it has a reddish cast. I ordered the auburn, which is a little redder than my current hair color, but I still like it. I think the brunette color would've worked better. I do like how the headband is so silky and it's adjustable. I would purchase again. :)
