I received this item with no wrapping on it, I contacted the vendor and they said that all the head bands are brand new and then they said that they are working on a way to seal them??!! really! if its going in my hair you should wrap that!! that is grows! I also email them several times to return the item because I didn't feel comfortable with that going in my hair and they still haven't gotten back to me!
