There was a delay in my order being shipped due to concerns out of the sellers hands. I reached out wondering when I would get them and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received. The issue was explained and they let me know when they would be shipping out the item. I am very pleased with the product and more importantly about the awesome customer service I received.

My mother-in-law loved these. Warming in the microwave seems a little bit weird. but we wrap them in a towel. lol

I am only giving 3 stars because even though the slippers are beautiful and smell amazing, they came 2 days AFTER Christmas, even though they stated clearly on the site that they would arrive in time for Christmas. I ordered 4 pair as gifts, but of course found alternate things to give since they didn't arrive in time. I went ahead and kept 2 pair, but returned the other 2 sine I no longer needed them. Very pretty, very cozy, and smell divine. Customer service was great and send a return label for the 2 pair I returned.

Do not buy these if you are a size 6 they are mis marketing you. They fit a size 8 and up!! Very upset that I did not get a full refund. I basically paid $17 shipping back and forth for slippers that would never fit a size 6. The seller does not give a shit either. Will never buy from they again. They also only heat from the top not the bottom which is where you would want to feel warm. I doubt Oprah would want her name associated with this seller. They basically want you to buy them hoping you not return them since the price of shipping back and forth is the cost of the actual slipper. What a waste of money! And I never leave bad reviews but this is just stupid.

I bought these as a gift after seeing that the seller said they’d arrive in time for Christmas. They did not arrive in time. When the package arrived it was stamped as overnighted, so I’m not sure why they waited a couple weeks to send it.

Took 2-3 weeks to receive. I ordered leopard print, received some ugly purple color. Didn't think about it before ordering but these are actually disgusting. You heat in the microwave then put on your feet, then reheat by putting back in the microwave....idk about you but I find the idea disgusting. I thought for sure there would be removable pads/bags that you put in the microwave, but no you put the whole slipper in there. If they dont allow me to return I'll just throw them away. Felt very large and heavy. The ”lavender” scent is overwhelming and smells chemically.

Never received my package with no notification from the seller letting me know what’s happening and it’s been 3 weeks.

So very impressed with the customer service. It was amazing! I contacted the seller about a shipping date and received a response promptly. We continued to exchange emails until I received the product in time for Christmas. Thank you, Safari, for making my sisters' gifts even better to give!
