I had received the pendent with a broken chain. The seller contacted me right away to replace it. I really admire someone who puts their heart into their work to make sure the buyer is happy. The pendent was very nice. If you want something unique for a gift or for yourself, I highly recommend this pendent.

Impossible Round Clear Acrylic Puzzle

The customer did not contact us prior to leaving this review to indicate there was an issue. We have reached out the customer many times to try to understand what the issue was with the puzzle, and what we can do to resolve it. They have not responded. We will continue to reach out. All of our puzzles are made of 1/8" clear acrylic which is incredibly strong and durable. We are always happy to resolve any issues.
